Fabrics, Benches and Lamp Shades are not eligible for returns. The other home furnishing products are eligible for returns only if there are manufacturing defects.
Return Process
1. Within 2 days of receiving notification the defect by send pictures of the defect and the order number on info@woodsonimpex.com or by calling +91 9810015947.
2. Our team will investigate and revert within 2 days, confirming or otherwise of the return.
3. On confirmation, within 7 days, pack the item in the original packaging with tags/labels intact, and inform our team for pickup.
4. We will arrange the pickup at no cost to you.
5. On receiving and inspecting , within 7 days , will credit the amount to mode to the payment was made.
