1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Bulk or special-order items unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Return requests made after the eligible return period.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Woodson Impex Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Woodson Impex.
  • For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
